How to pack a double-wall box
Reinforce the bottom seams with heavy-duty packaging tape before adding contents. Place heavier items near the bottom and center of the box, and distribute the weight evenly. Wrap fragile products separately and add cushioning around the bottom, sides, corners, and top.
Fill remaining open space to help prevent movement during handling and transit. Avoid exceeding the recommended weight capacity, and seal the top and bottom seams securely with multiple strips of packaging tape.
