The Custom Box design tool allows you to either 1) design online or 2) download a template to design elsewhere (i.e. Canva or Adobe Illustrator) to upload once complete. A digital proof of your designed box will be emailed to you 24 hours after order submission. You must approve the digital proof in order for your box to go into production.

Reprints Policy
A reprint may be designated at no additional cost to the customer if an order arrives and the product(s) are not up to the customer's satisfaction standards.
A reprint may be issued if:
- The product(s) were damaged in shipment
- There is a quality issues with the product(s)
- There was a manufacturing issue with the product(s)
A reprint will not be issued if:
- The product output is due to the customer error(s)
- Used the wrong file
- Misspellings
- Low quality images
- Wrong size or color

Cancellations & Refunds

If your order includes a product produced by a Marketplace Sellers, cancellation and/or changes cannot be made.
Refunds
Orders submitted with customer errors will not be elligible for a refund.
Products are custom and unique to the customer and must be approved for pre-production. Therefore, returns and refunds will only be alloed if the order arrives damaged or is sent in error by the Marketplace Sellers.

There is limited time available for changes and/or cancellations, as most orders go into production immediately or within 15 minutes after submission.
Once in production, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
