- Event Box with Blank Lid: Designed with a plain, unprinted lid and a fully customizable box exterior, this option is ideal for general event use, such as sorting materials, temporary collection, or donation drives, where no specific callouts are needed on the lid.
- Donation Box: Ideal for clothing drives, fundraisers, or collection events. A customizable exterior lets you highlight your cause or organization.
- Bottle & Can Recycling Box: A sustainable option for collecting recyclable beverage containers at indoor or outdoor events.
- Paper Recycling Box: Great for collecting paper materials during conferences, workshops, or office events.

Are lids included with the event boxes?
Yes, corresponding lids are included with each box for easy use and a professional, cohesive appearance across your event setup.
Can event boxes be used for shipping?
No. Event boxes are designed for on-site collection and display use only. If you need to ship them, they must be packed inside a protective outer shipper to prevent damage during transit.
Are custom event boxes recyclable?
Yes. All event boxes are made from 100% recyclable corrugated cardboard, making them a sustainable choice for donation drives, recycling collection, and event cleanup.
Can I customize all sides of the event box?
Yes. You can print full-color graphics, messaging, or branding on all four exterior sides of the box to align with your event theme or organizational branding.
Where can I get help designing my event box?
FedEx Office offers Box Design Collaboration Services for an additional cost, providing 1:1 support from experienced graphic and structural designers. Depending on your project needs, our team can:
- Design artwork to fit your project scope
- Adjust graphics, colors, and fonts (including color matching)
- Add carrying handles, window cutouts, or inserts for functionality
- Ensure products fit properly with precise measurements
- Deliver a PDF or 3D interactive file of the final design concept
- Provide an optional sample prototype upon completion
Minimums apply: ½ hour for graphic design and 1 hour for structural design.
This service helps ensure your event box meets your brand, fit, and functionality needs—from concept through production.

What is the minimum box size that I can ship with FedEx?
FedEx requires packages to be at least 7" x 4" x 2". If your box is smaller, it must be placed inside a larger box to meet the minimum size requirement.
How can I reorder a custom branded box I ordered before?
With the launch of our updated Custom Box experience, order history from the previous platform is no longer available. Follow the appropriate steps below based on how you placed your original order:
If your original order was placed on the previous platform:
- Click “Explore Options” and select your box style.
- Enter your box information, then click "Design Online".
- When prompted, log in or create a new User ID using your FedEx account credentials.
- In the online design tool, click Text > Add Text.
- In the text field, enter your previous order number to notify Customer Service that this is a reorder.
- Add the design to your cart and complete your order.
- After placing your order, Customer Service will email you a PDF proof for approval within 24 hours before your order goes into production.

Can I apply promotional discounts to Marketplace Seller orders?
No, discounts are not valid on Marketplace Seller orders. FedEx Office discount codes only apply to FedEx Office products.
Do Marketplace Seller products have separate shipping costs?
Yes. Orders fulfilled by 3rd party Marketplace Sellers are shipped from the seller’s facility and, thus, will incur a separate shipping charge from one shipped from FedEx Office.
