- Half-Slotted Cartons — Versatile display boxes often used as dump bins or product stands. These open-top designs maximize visibility and accessibility for high-traffic retail areas.
- Display Header Cards — Custom printed cards attach to half-slotted cartons for an elevated display presence. Perfect for branded messaging, pricing, or promotional graphics.
- Wine Carriers — Available in 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, or 6-bottle configurations with peek-through windows and built-in partitions. Perfect for retail gift packaging or tasting room sales.
- Beer Carriers — Offered in 4- or 6-pack carriers or 24-pack cases, these custom printed beer boxes protect bottles while promoting your brand in retail and event environments.
Note: Point-of-purchase displays are intended for in-store presentation only and must be shipped inside an outer box if transported.
All POP boxes are made from recyclable corrugated cardboard and can be printed on the inside and out with full-color customization to match your branding and retail environment.
Am I limited to printing only on the outside of the box?
Most point-of-purchase boxes are printed on the exterior panels only. However, select styles—such as certain display boxes or carriers—allow interior printing for added branding. When available, you can choose the two-sided printing option to customize both surfaces with your logo, colors, or promotional graphics.
Can point-of-purchase displays be used for shipping?
No. Point-of-purchase boxes are designed for retail display use only and are not suitable for direct shipping. If you need to transport them, they must be packed inside a protective outer shipper to prevent damage during transit.
Can I ship beer using FedEx?
FedEx only accepts beer shipments from licensed shippers to licensed recipients. For details, review the Alcoholic Beverage section of the FedEx Service Guide Terms and Conditions or contact your FedEx Account Executive for clarification.
What is the minimum box size that I can ship with FedEx?
FedEx requires packages to be at least 7" x 4" x 2". If your box is smaller, it must be placed inside a larger box to meet the minimum size requirement.

Can I get help designing my point-of-purchase box?
Yes. FedEx Office offers Box Design Collaboration Services for an additional cost, providing 1:1 support from experienced graphic and structural designers. Depending on your project needs, our team can:

How can I reorder a custom branded box I ordered before?
With the launch of our updated Custom Box experience, order history from the previous platform is no longer available. Follow the appropriate steps below based on how you placed your original order:
If your original order was placed on the previous platform:
- Click “Explore Options” and select your box style.
- Enter your box information, then click "Design Online".
- When prompted, log in or create a new User ID using your FedEx account credentials.
- In the online design tool, click Text > Add Text.
- In the text field, enter your previous order number to notify Customer Service that this is a reorder.
- Add the design to your cart and complete your order.
- After placing your order, Customer Service will email you a PDF proof for approval within 24 hours before your order goes into production.

Can I apply promotional discounts to Marketplace Seller orders?
No, discounts are not valid on Marketplace Seller orders. FedEx Office discount codes only apply to FedEx Office products.
Do Marketplace Seller products have separate shipping costs?
Yes. Orders fulfilled by 3rd party Marketplace Sellers are shipped from the seller’s facility and, thus, will incur a separate shipping charge from one shipped from FedEx Office.
