Replacement engines for TempAssure Cold Shippers
TempAssure replacement engines use patented evaporative cooling technology to help maintain an internal temperature between 2°C and 8°C for either 48 or 96 hours, depending on the selected configuration.
The engines are designed for single use, while the compatible TempAssure Cold Shipper can be reused with new replacement engines. This product includes replacement engines only. The TempAssure Cold Shipper is sold separately.
Easy activation with no pre-freezing
TempAssure engines do not require pre-freezing or advance conditioning. Place your contents inside the compatible TempAssure shipper, activate the cooling engine according to the included instructions, and then close and seal the white TempAssure box.
No ice packs are required. Contents should be at or below room temperature before packing.
Choose the correct replacement engines.
Each replacement engine is sized and manufactured for a specific TempAssure Cold Shipper. Select the same size and duration as your existing shipper.
- Small, 48-hour: Includes two replacement engines
- Medium, 48-hour: Includes two replacement engines
- Medium, 96-hour: Includes two replacement engines
- Large, 48-hour: Includes three replacement engines
- Large, 96-hour: Includes three replacement engines
Replacement engines are not interchangeable between shipper sizes or durations. For example, a Medium 48-Hour TempAssure Cold Shipper requires Medium 48-Hour replacement engines.

Used engines may be disposed of or recycled according to applicable local regulations.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order contains a product fulfilled by a Marketplace Seller, it is processed immediately, so cancellations or changes are not possible once the order is placed.
What’s the return policy for shipping and packing supplies?
