The FedEx Large Art Box is designed to help protect oversized framed artwork during shipping, moving, or storage. It accommodates compatible frames measuring up to 44 x 32 x 2.5 inches and includes inserts that help stabilize the contents and reduce movement inside the outer shipping box.
Once assembled, the complete shipping box measures 49.5 x 37.25 x 4.5 inches. Measure the frame's full exterior dimensions—including molding, glass or acrylic, hanging hardware, and other protruding components—to confirm compatibility before packing.

How to pack large framed artwork
Cover the front of the frame with a soft, non-abrasive material and add extra cushioning around the corners, edges, glass or acrylic surface, and hanging hardware. Position the framed item securely within the included inserts so it remains centered and does not shift freely inside the box.
Assemble the outer carton according to the provided instructions. Confirm that the contents fit without forcing the box closed, then seal all openings and seams securely with packaging tape.
