What’s the difference between gloss text, gloss cardstock, and glossy lamination?

Each option offers a different level of shine, thickness, and protection to suit your presentation’s needs:

Gloss Text: A high-gloss, flexible paper stock that produces bright, vibrant color and a smooth finish. Commonly used for brochures, sell sheets, and presentation pages that need to stay lightweight and easy to flip through. Lamination is not available for this paper type.
Gloss Cardstock: A heavier, coated, high-gloss material that’s rigid and durable, perfect for presentation covers or pages that need to hold up to frequent handling. Lamination is not available for this paper type.

What’s the difference between glossy lamination and water-resistant paper?

Both options help protect your printed presentations, but they offer different advantages depending on your environment and how the materials will be used.

Glossy lamination: Applied as a finishing layer after printing, lamination enhances color vibrancy and gives your pages a sleek, polished appearance. It helps prevent smudging, fingerprints, and light moisture damage—ideal for sales decks, training presentations, or handouts that need to look professional and hold up through repeated use.
Note: Lamination is available only on select paper types and is not compatible with folded, bound, or tabbed pages.
Water-resistant paper: Made from 7.7 mil synthetic material, this durable paper withstands moisture, tearing, and temperature fluctuations. It’s a wise choice for presentations used in the field, outdoor demonstrations, or documents frequently handled across various environments. It can be printed in full color or black and white, single- or double-sided.
Note: Water-resistant paper cannot be laminated, as it’s already designed to resist moisture and frequent handling.

Choose glossy lamination for a smooth, high-gloss finish on polished presentation materials, or water-resistant paper for durability and performance in active or unpredictable settings.

Can I print my presentation full-bleed?

Full-bleed printing is not available. All prints will include a small margin around the edges.

How do I print a double-sided presentation pages?

You need a separate file for each side to print a double-sided flyer.

For example:

For PDFs: You can upload a 2-page PDF file or two separate 1-page PDF files.
For images: You'll need to upload two separate image files.

Click on Upload a File and upload all the files you want to use at once (either a 2-page PDF, (2) 1-page PDFs, two separate image files, or a combination of a PDF and an image file).

If you're ready to upload your files, follow these steps:

Click on Upload a File from the product page and upload the files you wish to use (a 2-page PDF, (2) 1-page PDFs, two separate image files, etc.).
You can choose to Combine Files or Keep Files Separate.
- Combine Files: This option will automatically set the first page as the front and the second page as the back.
- Keep Files Separate: This option allows you to choose which file is on the front and which is on the back.
If you select Combine Files, you'll be taken directly into configuring your project.
If you select Keep Files Separate, you'll be taken to My Projects, where you can drag and drop the files into your project as needed. The first file you place will be the front, and the second will be the back.
Click on Set Up Project.
You'll be taken back to finish configuring your project.
