Sales sheets (also called sell sheets or product sheets) are commonly used for marketing, product promotions, trade show handouts, real estate listings, and one-page summaries of business offerings. They help you present key product details in a clean, easy-to-read format.

They can also be used for personal projects requiring professional—quality printing, single- or double-sided, such as event overviews, schedules, or informational handouts.


Can I get printed sales sheets same day?

Most sales sheet print orders are available the same day or within 24 hours when you order online and pick them up at your nearest FedEx Office location.


What is the standard sell sheet size?

With FedEx Office, choose the size that fits your specific need with size options of 8.5" x 11", 8.5" x 14", or 11" x 17".


Can I print my sales sheet full-bleed?

If you upload your own design, prints will include a small margin and won’t be full-bleed. However, using a Canva design template allows for full-bleed, edge-to-edge printing.


Can I print my sales sheet on card stock?

Yes. For a more durable or high-impact presentation, you can print your sales sheet on heavyweight card stock, including glossy or matte finishes. This is ideal for handouts, trade shows, or leave-behind materials.


What paper options are available for sales sheets?

Standard White Papers (20–32 lb):

Card Stocks & Specialty Papers:

Standard Color Papers (24 lb):

What’s the difference between Gloss Text, Gloss Cardstock, and Glossy Lamination?

Each option offers a different look and level of durability to suit your sales sheet needs:

  • Gloss Text: A high-gloss, flexible paper stock that produces sharp color and a smooth finish. It’s commonly used for brochures, flyers, and sales sheets that need to stay lightweight and easy to distribute. Lamination is not available for this paper type.
  • Gloss Cardstock: A thicker, coated, high-gloss material that’s more rigid and durable, ideal for premium sales sheets or presentation pieces that need a sturdier feel. Lamination is not available for this material.
  • Glossy Lamination: A clear, protective layer applied to your printed sales sheets to enhance shine and durability while helping prevent smudges and moisture damage. Available only for select paper types and not compatible with folding, binding, blank sheet, or tab options.

Choose Gloss Text for flexible, easy-to-carry handouts, Gloss Cardstock for high-impact visuals or displays, and Glossy Lamination for a polished, professional finish that lasts.


How do I print a double-sided sales sheet?

You need a separate file for each side to print a double-sided sales sheet.

For example:

  • For PDFs: You can upload a 2-page PDF file or two separate 1-page PDF files.
  • For images: You'll need to upload two separate image files.

Click on Upload a File and upload all the files you want to use at once (either a 2-page PDF, (2) 1-page PDFs, two separate image files, or a combination of a PDF and an image file).

If you're ready to upload your files, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Upload a File from the product page and upload the files you wish to use (a 2-page PDF, (2) 1-page PDFs, two separate image files, etc.).
  2. You can choose to Combine Files or Keep Files Separate.
    • Combine Files: This option will automatically set the first page as the front and the second page as the back.
    • Keep Files Separate: This option allows you to choose which file is on the front and which is on the back.
  3. If you select Combine Files, you'll be taken directly into configuring your project.
  4. If you select Keep Files Separate, you'll be taken to My Projects, where you can drag and drop the files into your project as needed. The first file you place will be the front, and the second will be the back.
  5. Click on Set Up Project.
  6. You'll be taken back to finish configuring your project.

What finishing options are available for sales sheets?

Sales sheets can be customized with several finishing options to enhance durability, presentation, and usability:

  • Glossy Lamination: Choose a full-bleed (no border) or ¼" border option to protect your sales sheets and give them a smooth, polished finish. Lamination helps prevent smudges and moisture damage, making it ideal for materials that are frequently handled or displayed during client meetings.
    Note: Lamination is only available when you upload your own file. It is not available when using Canva design templates within the online design tool, and it is not compatible with folding.
  • Folding: Choose from half-fold, tri-fold, or Z-fold formats—perfect for mailing or handing out compact, multi-panel materials.
  • Cutting: Trim your sales sheets to half, thirds, or quarter size (vertical or horizontal) to match your layout or presentation needs.
  • Hole Punching: Add 2-hole or 3-hole punching (on the left or top side) for easy insertion into binders or folders.

Availability may vary depending on the selected paper type. Binding options such as coil, comb, or 3-ring are unavailable for sales sheets. For bound materials, explore our Manuals or Presentations products.


Can I add folding to my sales sheet?

Yes. Choose from folding options like half-fold, tri-fold, or Z-fold if you'd like your sales sheet to be compact or brochure-style. Folding availability depends on your selected paper type and size.
