How in-store self-service shipping works
Bring your prepackaged item to a FedEx Office location that offers in-store self-service shipping and follow these steps to complete your drop-off without waiting in line.
- Scan your shipping label or QR code.
Scan a barcode from an existing shipping label, or scan a FedEx-issued QR code created in the FedEx mobile app or on fedex.com to print a shipping label at the kiosk. - Print your label or receipt (optional)
If needed, print your shipping label, or choose to print or email a receipt for your shipment. - Drop off your package.
Place your pre-labeled package in the secure drop bin to complete your shipment.
