In-store document shredding services

FedEx Office offers secure, in-store document shredding at select locations. Bring your paper documents, such as old tax forms, financial records, and other confidential materials, to a FedEx Office store, where they’re placed in locked shred bins and handled by a certified shredding service for secure destruction and responsible disposal.

How in-store shredding works

Our process is designed to be straightforward, secure, and handled with care from drop-off through destruction.

  1. Bring your paper documents to a participating FedEx Office location.
Shredding services are available at select stores. Use the store locator to confirm availability near you.
  2. A team member weighs your documents and places them in a locked shred bin.
Shredding fees are based on the weight of your documents and are charged in-store.
  3. Documents are securely collected and transported for destruction.
Once placed in the shred bin, materials are handled through a secure shredding process.
  4. Documents are destroyed and responsibly recycled.
Paper materials are securely destroyed off-site and recycled as part of the shredding process.

This process helps ensure sensitive paper documents are handled securely while providing a convenient in-store option for responsible document disposal.
