The FedEx Small Electronics Box is designed to help pack and ship compatible electronic devices and accessories. Specially made cushioning helps hold the item in place and reduce movement during handling and transit.
The box fits devices measuring up to 6.25" x 3.125" x 0.5" inches. Measure the complete device—including any case, cover, or protruding components—before packing to confirm it fits securely within the included cushioning. Instructions are printed inside the kit.

How to pack small electronics
Turn off the device and remove any loose accessories when possible. Position the electronic item securely within the included cushioning, adding appropriate packing material if needed to prevent movement.
Wrap cables, chargers, and other accessories separately so they do not contact or scratch the device. Close the box, seal all seams and edges with packaging tape, and apply the shipping label to a flat exterior surface.
