FedEx Office offers a variety of standard yard sign sizes, including 12" x 18", 18" x 24", 24" x 36", and 36" x 48". Choose the size that best fits your promotional needs, from small lawn signs to larger displays that grab attention from farther away.

What materials are yard signs made of?

Yard signs are typically made from durable corrugated plastic or weatherproof aluminum. Corrugated plastic signs are lightweight and cost-effective for short- to mid-term use, while aluminum signs are heavy-duty and designed for long-term outdoor durability.

How long do yard signs last?

When printing on corrugated plastic, your yard sign can last up to six (6) months outdoors. Printing your yard sign on aluminum can last up to five (5) years outside.

What do I need to print a double-sided yard sign?

To print on both sides of your yard sign, ensure you prepare separate files: one for the front and one for the back.

File setup options:

PDFs: Either upload a 2-page PDF or two 1-page PDFs.
Images: Submit two individual image files—one per side.

Uploading your files:

Click Upload a File on the product page and add your files together. You can upload:

A 2-page PDF
Two single-page PDFs
Two image files
Or a combination of the above

After uploading, choose how your files should be applied:

Combine Files: Automatically uses page 1 for the front and page 2 for the back.
Keep Files Separate: Gives you full control, choose which file goes on each side.

If you choose Combine Files, you'll jump straight into customizing your sign.

If you choose to Keep Files Separate, you'll land in My Projects, where you can drag and drop the files into place. The first file becomes the front; the second becomes the back.

Click 'Set Up Project' when you're ready to move forward and complete your sign setup.

Where can I get a yard sign printed near me?

Order online by uploading your own file, and most orders are ready the same day or within 24 hours with in-store pickup at your local FedEx Office. Order in-store by visiting any of our over 2,000 locations nationwide, and one of our team members can help you with your custom yard sign order.

Can I purchase yard sign hardware separately?

Yes, you can purchase both wire H-stakes and metal H-frames separately in-store only. Visit your local FedEx Office location for more information.
