In-store computer access at FedEx Office gives you a convenient way to work on documents, designs, and digital files using self-service workstations.
Available at select locations, these computers provide access to standard software applications, including Microsoft® Office and Adobe® Creative Suite, along with internet access, email, cloud storage, and USB support. You can use the stations to create, edit, or save files, with printing available if and when you need it.
How in-store computer access works
Getting started with in-store computer access is simple and self-service. Here’s what to expect during your visit.
- Choose a computer access mode.
When you arrive at a FedEx Office location with computer access, start your session at a self-service workstation. You’ll be prompted to select one of three modes: Complimentary, Everyday Essentials, or Creative Professional, depending on the tools and software you need. - Confirm your session time and payment (if applicable)
Complimentary mode is free to use. For paid modes, you’ll select how long you plan to use the computer. A temporary pre-authorization is placed based on the chosen mode and time. Any unused time is credited back at the end of your session. - Work on your files
Once your session begins, you can create, edit, and save files using the software included with your chosen mode. Stations support internet access, email, cloud storage, and USB drives, so you can work on documents or designs even if you don’t plan to print. - Print if and when you’re ready.
Printing is optional. If you choose to print, you can send files to nearby self-service printers. Printing requires a separate payment and pre-authorization based on the number of prints and the selected paper size. Printing prices vary by store. - End your session and save your work.
When you’re finished, be sure to save or send your files. Files are not stored on the workstation after your session ends, helping protect your privacy.
