Our custom mailer boxes are available in various standard sizes, or you can create a new size tailored specifically to your needs. Choose between kraft or white materials to best complement your brand, and add a polished touch with premium finishing options, such as semi-gloss or matte.
You can fully customize your mailer's exterior and interior with a wide range of design options. From eye-catching graphics to branded messaging, make every part of the mailer reflect your unique brand identity.
What font and type are recommended for boxes?
We recommend that you use 10 point or larger font with a heavier weight for text that is reversed out. All type should be outlined in your final artwork file. Avoid specifying small trademark and register mark symbols to print in reverse, as they may fill in when printed.
Can I include a UPC or barcode in my box design?
Yes. Any UPC-A type barcodes need to be at least 150% size (approximately 2.2" wide). We recommend all barcodes to be at least .5" tall.
Does the number of colors used affected the price?
No. The price you see is the correct price, so feel free to use as many colors as necessary.
What are the different box materials and finishes?
Standard White is the typical corrugated material used for packaging. It has slight variations in the white color.
Premium White adds a luxurious look to your box and is available in matte and gloss finishes. A gloss finish is a process in which ink is cured to appear glossier than a traditional matte finish. It is only available in Premium White.
Kraft is the standard brown material you typically see on boxes. Your custom branded boxes will stand out once you add your colors and logo. Be sure to think about the colors you use when choosing this material. Kraft colors will look darker than those printed on Standard or Premium White.
Is tape needed for shipping Ear Lock Mailers and Tuck Top Mailers?
While Ear Lock Mailers and Tuck Top Mailers can be closed without tape, we recommend using tape when shipping to prevent tampering and ensure secure delivery.
Do One-Piece Folder mailers require tape or glue to close?
Yes, one-piece folder mailers require glue or tape to securely close them.
What is the minimum box size that I can ship with FedEx?
FedEx requires packages to be at least 7" x 4" x 2". If your box is smaller, it must be placed inside a larger box to meet the minimum size requirement.

Can I apply promotional discounts to Marketplace Seller orders?
No, discounts are not valid on Marketplace Seller orders. FedEx Office discount codes only apply to FedEx Office products.
Do Marketplace Seller products have separate shipping costs?
Yes. Orders fulfilled by 3rd party Marketplace Sellers are shipped from the seller’s facility and, thus, will incur a separate shipping charge from one shipped from FedEx Office.
