Customers can connect during their visit to access email, download files, prepare documents, and use self-service printing or manage shipping from their own device. Availability may vary by location, so use our store locator to confirm Wi-Fi access at your nearest FedEx Office.

How in-store Wi-Fi works

In-store Wi-Fi is easy to access at participating locations. Just follow these steps:

  1. Visit a participating location
    Wi-Fi is available at select locations. Use the store locator to confirm availability before your visit.
  2. Connect to the network
    On your Wi-Fi-enabled device, select the “attwifi” network from your available wireless networks.
  3. Accept the terms
    Open a web browser to access the AT&T welcome page and accept the terms of service and acceptable use policy.
  4. Start browsing
    Once connected, you can access email, download files, prepare documents, and use in-store services during your visit.
